  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date
  • All items must be unused and undamaged products with all accessories and original packaging
  • For non-quality issues related items, you are responsible for the return shipping
  • For quality issues related items, ReptiZoo is responsible for the exchange shipping

Q. How can I cancel my orders?

ReptiZoo accepts order cancellation before the order is shipped. If you want to cancel your orders please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order and we will modify the order within 24 hours after receiving your email.

If your order time more than 24 hours, please note that we CANNOT cancel or modify orders anymore. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for a refund.

The product volume and its length, depth, and height that are shown on the site are their final assembled size and volume, not the package size.
